"Right this way Belle and..."
"Nero."
"Belle and Nero, lovely names. I'm Ryan and the smoothie bar awaits." He lead them across the gym to where a small room was hidden away. Stepping inside, the room was painted to look like a cabana. Ryan walked up to the employee, flashing two fingers as he motioned for the girls to have a seat.

"I think we found our gym... he's cute and obviously trying hard." ...he's also trying to get us to join. But she didn't say that last part out loud. Belle looked too happy to ruin the mood with Nero's pessimistic view.

Annabelle says in a girlish, almost shy way over her shoulder at Nero. She knew it could very well be just to get something, but she was going to enjoy it.

"I think his has harps." Her tone was dry without out even thinking about it.. or thinking about how Belle was part of his religion.
"Paradise is different for everyone." She tried to recover, hoping that Belle's sudden cheery mood wouldn't let her catch on.
"He's hitting hard, I think I'm going to give myself a tour." She winked at Belle before getting up and disappearing back into the rest of the gym.

The rest of the people in the gym could have seen the words come from Nero's mouth...and go right over Belle's head and out the door.
"Ok, be careful, I wont be there to protect you."
She said in response to the wink. |

He took a seat next to her, taking a sip of the 2nd smoothie. "I would say it was worth it Belle."

Only two times in Belle life did she give the little girl giggle: When she was almost asleep and the boyfriend on the other line of the phone call made her, and when she was flattered and had nothing else to say.
Needless to say she giggled. |

Nero said coming back from her self-tour.
"We should go."
She turned to the redhead.
"Goodbye Ryan."
Annabelle looks slightly disappointed as she too turns to her smoothie mate.

She waited until they were in the car, cracking a smile as they puled out of the parking spot. "I signed us up and Ryan is our personal trainer. Mostly yours, but still. And we just won't tell Bishop about the Ryan part, until you're ready."

Belle kept the minimal tone she used to say goodbye. It wasn't from feeling a lack of excitement, but Bishop was definitely someone she was going to have to start hiding parts of herself from. Only until he could handle it.

They pulled up the church as Nero turned down the stereo that drowned out their silence on the way back. Nero had decided to drop her off before heading back to her apartment, despite it being early in the evening she was sort of tired. "Just don't feel like you can't talk to him about anything, and I'll always be a phone call away."
