"What's in the package?"
"It's a one of a kind painting, which means be extremely careful."
"Valuable huh?"
"Only to the two people who made it."
"Did you know this address belongs to a church?"
"Yep. The name of the person who HAS to sign for it is Cell.
And I trust you guys will carry it in for him?" She ran a hand across the down box that carefully protected half of the canvas... Yes THAT canvas.
She had decided it was much to large to be hung in one place, so she carefully split it and framed each piece. Titling his 'The Siren' and hers 'The Doomed'.
"Yes Ma'am." He motioned to his men who carefully picked up the box and carried it out of the bottom floor of her warehouse. "Uhhh ma'am, there is no return address or who the package is from on the paperwork."
"That's because he'll know who sent it. I trust cash will be a sufficient method of payment?" Her tone said it all, keep it discrete and keep it off the books. Lilith wasn't a fan of paper trails. She liked Cash and the secrets it could buy.
"Cash will be fine ma'am." So she paid the man and he left her warehouse to deliver the painting... And the memory stick Lilith took out of his camera when he was too busy trying to wash off all of the paint. He was much too distracted when he left to even check for the small device.
And leave it to Lilith to use that to her advantage.... and to add a little extra to it.
She couldn't quit the grin as she closed the giant bay door, securing it before she headed back to her apartment on the top floor.
4 floors- The bottom was junk and she wanted it that way. Incase anyone decided to break in it would look like nothing worth messing with.
2nd floor- Also labeled 'S' was the Art Studio. She wasn't a hardcore artist, but she enjoyed zoning out and letting the brush speak to her. It usually became abstract... or something darker.
Those she kept away from everyone's eyes... Aside from Judas. Mostly because he was responsible for putting the monsters there. The demon however... that was all her doing.
Walking into the elevator Lilith closed the door before her hand hovered over the buttons, B was where she was. She passed S, she didn't need that right now, her painting wasn't in there.
Passing over the 3rd floor, that one getting the label of 'D'.
Finally she pressed the button marked 'M'. The elevator jumped to life, raising her to the top floor. She waited for it to jerk to a stop and settle before she opened the door.
"I like it, you can kind of see your ass print right here." Judas pointed to the corner where Lilith had cut it in two.
"How do you know it's mine?"
"Because I know your ass Lil."
"He could have a small ass."
"Cell doesn't have that small of an ass." It didn't surprise her that he knew who she slept with or what the painting actually was of.
"No.. No he doesn't." That grin turned into a smirk as she imagined the look on his face when recieving the package... all three of them.
"Do you want my help hanging it?"
"Grab the level."
