A tourist shot. Taken on the streets of the famous Las Vegas strip. The building proudly displaying it's name... 'Ceasar's Palace'. Hundreds of people sharing the shot... but they were all drowned out by the busy lights of the city. Most of them not even facing the camera, too busy with their vacation or vice to care about their surroundings.
No the building was the subject of the photo.
Now he just had to figure out what they all meant

The final step was the cuff links, a metal color in a dark maroon that matched his vest. The rest of his tuxedo was a solid black, not interrupted by stripes or various tones. Aside from the vest and cuffs, the only splash of color was the reoccurring symbol upon his tie. Textured and maroon, it was all that set against the black of the tie. Looking in a mirror, Cell tilts his head as he looks at himself in this reformed state. Looking at the computer screen, the lights of Caesars palace ablaze on its screen. Gambling, a vice he never thought he would participate in, and one he most likely would find a way out of it.
"Well here we go."
He said to himself as he turned from the computer, walking towards his car keys in hand. Walking out into the hall way, Cell needed only to make one turn before he was eye to eye with a familiar face.

"Well."
Bishop said as he grinned at Cell, looking at his suit as whole.

"So you...should just not tell Sin about this."
Cell said to Bishop, his voice slightly nervous as he really had to be going. Somehow, he could sense Bishop felt the same way.

"That shouldn't be too much of a problem."
Bishop said quietly, his grin fading to a normal emotion.
"I won't keep you, obviously you have plans and I am wanted at Nero's."

"Ok, you caught me, lets go to Nero's."
Cell walks over to the door of the church, turning to look at Bishop as he opens it.
"Am I overdressed?"
Cell said with a smile as he walked out of the door, walking to his car he begins to get a slight stream of nervousness in his gut. Starting his car, Cell begins to drive to the palace. Compulsively looking at the clock as traffic increased upon nearly the strip. Beginning the descent down the hill to the strip, the lights in the picture came into view. Searching for parking was impossible, so parking in the garage was the only option. Running into the entrance, Cell pushes aside the droves of tourist as he approaches an attractive girl dressed as a maiden of Caesar.
Pulling the information from his pocket, Cell shows it to the girl who directs him to the back of the bustling rooms. Walking to the back of the room, Cell is greeted by two surprises, one that led him to be more confused than the last. A girl, dressed out of character for the casino, in a fancy golden mask. Feathers came off of the side and was much more fit for a masquerade then Caesar's court. Approaching the girl, she speechlessly hands Cell his mask, a sleek mask with maroon accents. Flowing over his eyes on one side, the asymmetrical mask had a blade shaped out jetting that ran the length of Cell's face on the other. Moving to the side, the girl motions to a hallway hidden by decorations.
"Do I put this on...then go?"
The girl merely motioned again towards the stair, to which Cell began to walk towards. The hallway glowed as if walking it made one leave this realm. Ethereal and blue, white satin flowed from the walls as a breeze coming from seemingly everywhere blew towards them. Cell walked along the hallway until he met a stairwell. A spiral staircase that was equally decorated led down to stone walls, decorated with various draperies and cloth. The stair case ended as Cell's visual feast began. A room, filled to the brim with dancing civilians all in various mask. No couple matched each other's mask, but every male matched his date and vice versa. It was then that Cell put on his mask, and began to realize what he would have to do to see her. The hunt was not over.
